In light of COVID-19, we made the decision to postpone our wedding from 2020 to 2021. Our postponed celebration will be extra special for us this year. We met during our first weekend in college in 2011, so our new wedding date will mark the 10 year anniversary of a beautiful friendship and relationship together. We look forward to sharing this milestone with you! With love, Ethan & Ali
It was freshman year love. Ali chose swim team over dance team but missed being on the dance floor. To try to impress her, Ethan took up salsa dancing- treating Ali to a dance every Tuesday night of their first semester. Over their swim team training trip to Puerto Rico Ethan upped his game. He convinced Ali to sneak out of her hotel room to meet him on the beach for one more salsa dance. Mojito in hand, they fell in love dancing in the moonlight.
7:00am. Ethan stays home "sick" from work. Ali heads to school for a final exam. Little does Ali know, Ethan picked up the ring last night and it is burning a hole in his pocket! 1:00pm. Ethan miraculously feels better and suggests a weekend in New York City to celebrate the end of Ali's first year of grad school. 5:00pm. Ethan suggests Ali get her nails done before dinner, giving himself time to finalize a few details. 8:00pm. The most perfect proposal on a rooftop overlooking Bryant Park, followed by dinner and many FaceTime calls with family to share our news!
