Shuttle

A shuttle will be servicing our wedding. You will be picked up from your accommodation prior to Ceremony and dropped back at completion of Reception. So let loose, relax and have fun! * Please see accommodation section for serviced areas prior to booking accommodation.
House Or Rental
There are many holiday house rentals available in the vicinity of our ceremony location on the airbnb website. For these bigger homes it may be handy staying in a group as prices can be quite pricey. If you are driving yourself to and from the wedding/reception venue please feel free to book wherever your heart desires. If you will be using our shuttle service, the serviced Suburbs are listed below: Wollombi Cedar Creek Sweetmans Creek Laguna Millfield and Cessnock. (Probably a cheaper option as Cessnock has actual hotels available). We request that no bookings be made at Pokolbin as the Shuttle Bus will not be servicing that area.
Flight
There are two airports available to fly into close to the Hunter Valley. Newcastle Airport is the closest to the wedding venue however only certain locations have flight paths direct to Newcastle. Sydney Airport is the main airport in NSW which is located two and a half hours from Redleaf Wollombi. You may need to pre-arrange a shuttle bus or hire car to travel to your accommodation. Avis Car Hire is located at Newcastle and Sydney Domestic airports. Other car hire services available in Sydney are Hertz Car Rental, Budget Car Rental and Thrifty. There is also a train available from Sydney Domestic which you will first catch to Sydney Central Station. There you will switch trains to the Hunter Line Service and catch a train to Broadmeadow Train Station. You will need to have a bus shuttle service or hire car available when you arrive. Travel Note
Just advising that the road to Wollombi is is a very old and at times bumpy road so please take care on your travels if you are driving friends.
