In early 2017, Anthony took his shot and sent Alieah a little instagram message.. asking her is she's khmer of course! Once Alieah found out he was half, she begun to ignore him because.. well hello, it's Alieah! She has always refused to date her own kind in case they were related!! With his persistence and charm, she began to give him her time of day and eventually found out they both grew up in the small town of Monroe. Thanks to Alieah's cousin for wearing the most fashionable cheetah print jacket everyday.. they soon realized Anthony was THE Anthony who would chase and call them shrimps. His excuse; " See I knew I always liked you!" He eventually won her over and they made things official on May 26, 2017. (Hence why they are getting married on the 26th of May!!) Fast forward.. Alieah and Anthony have worked hard and built a wonderful life together! From traveling, moving in and working on their careers.. they knew they would need each other, forever. Knowing Alieah's favorite holiday is Christmas, Anthony decided to POP the question at Enchant on November 23, 2019, with her parents, sister and a random crowd of strangers helping them celebrate! Alieah having eyes on her.. so great job Ant for that one! Haha After not much discussing and an obvious choice that Mexico became their favorite place to travel to.. They knew it was the perfect place for them to have their dream destination wedding! Keeping it simple, they have decided on minimal decor and just loved the background Playa Del Carmen has to offer. Being such private people, having an intimate wedding with their family was top priority. All they want is to party on a vacay with everyone who has supported them and continue to in their everyday lives! They cannot wait to celebrate their love on their wedding with you all and officially blend both families into one!
