When and Where is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding is July 3, 2026. The ceremony will be at 1:00pm at the Barn on Victoria (3328 Victoria Avenue). The reception will be located at the Barn on Victoria (3328 Victoria Ave), with cocktail hour beginning at 5:00pm and dinner at 6:00pm.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We suggest an arrival of 20 minutes earlier than the ceremony. This allows time to park, walk to the yard, grab a cold water, and find your seat.

Is this an indoor or an outdoor wedding?

Answer

The ceremony is an outdoor backyard wedding. Reception is indoor, but backyard games at cocktail hour. Plan your footwear accordingly.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please see our "Attire" tab for recommendations if you’d like to dress up or coordinate with the theme, "Garden Party Formal"! A few tips: The ceremony will be outdoors, so we’ll have fans and water available, and some parasols will be provided. Dress comfortably for the outdoors. The reception is indoor, however summer evenings can get cool, so we recommend bringing a light sweater or wrap if you’d like to stay cozy. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the day, while still looking fabulous!

What if it rains?

Answer

If needed, the ceremony will move indoors to Immanuel United Reformed Church in Jordan. This will be communicated the week of the wedding. The reception location remains the same and is fully covered.

Will there be a washroom? Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Indoor washrooms are available during the ceremony and reception Smoking is allowed only in designated areas Please be mindful of cigarette butts and dispose of them properly.

Will there be food & drinks provided?

Answer

Light snacks and drinks provided after the wedding ceremony. Cocktail hour at 5:00 PM. Dinner served at 6:00 PM. Bar available during the reception. **Dietary restrictions must be noted on your RSVP. If not listed, please contact Alida or Kade directly**
