FAQs

Question

What's the Dress Code?

Answer

Casual to Semi-Formal For this type of affair, some examples include a summer sundress or a floral-printed mini dress, accented with wedges or dressy sandals, or dress pants or khakis, paired with a collared shirt and an optional tie or sports jacket. Feel free to dress slightly more formal if you prefer, but Jeans, T-shirts, and flip flops would not be recommended. Guests will walk on grass and some gravel, for that reason stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

Question

What if I have a Dietary Restriction?

Answer

Dinner will be a buffet style, and there will be accommodations for Vegetarian and Vegan dietary restrictions. Please let Alida and Jim know in advance if you have any other restrictions or allergies via your RSVP.

Question

Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

Additional plus-ones will not be accommodated as the Bride and Groom would like to keep the guests list just to those who know them well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Question

Is the Wedding Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors overlooking a peach farm, and the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk on grass and some gravel, for that reason stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

Question

Answer

The Ceremony will conclude around 3:30pm, and the Reception will conclude at 10:00pm.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open at 2:00pm - one hour ahead of the ceremony start time. It’s recommend to arrive at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time (Starts promptly at 3:00pm) to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space (located just a couple minute walk from the parking area) and find a seat prior to 3:00pm.
