Getting To Blue Lake
Traveling Out of State: Fly into San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and rent a car to drive the famous 101 North about 5.5 hours through lots of cute funky towns. Flying Direct: The wedding location and Alida's family home is about a 20 minute drive from the local airport, Arcata McKinleyville Airport (ACV). The flights will be more expensive, expect an extra layover, and flights can be delayed due to fog so please plan accordingly. We don't want you to get stuck!

We encourage guests to book a room at the beautiful and fun Blue Lake Casino & Hotel, which is a five minute walk from the Birds residence! Enjoy the pool, bar, and a choice of fun restaurants inside. The first twenty groups that book will receive a discount with if you use the code above. Uber and taxis are very limited in Humboldt so encourage scheduling a ride in advance if you won't be driving. There are other great hotel & Airbnb options throughout Arcata, Trinidad, and McKinleyville available as well!
