Black tie optional allows guests to choose between black tie attire (tuxes with bow ties and floor length gowns) and formal attire (suits with neck ties and midi length to floor length dresses.) Feel free to wear any color you want (besides white, of course) but we note as a point of courtesy for planning/packing purposes that bridesmaids will be wearing sage green.
There is always complimentary self parking at the Hyatt Lodge as well as complimentary valet service for the evening of the reception. For those opting to drive themselves to and from the ceremony, paid parking is available at the Loyola Lakeshore campus garage.
Yes. There will be a complimentary shuttle bus leaving the Hyatt Lodge at 11:30am. The shuttle bus will then depart from Madonna Della Strada Chapel at 2:30pm to return to the Hyatt Lodge for our reception. You do not need to be a guest at the hotel to take the shuttle bus. Attendees may also opt to take the shuttle bus only one way and use another form of transportation the other way. If you will be taking the shuttle bus at all, please select this option when you RSVP so we can ensure proper headcount.
We ask that our guests arrive at Madonna Della Strada Chapel around 20-30 minutes before our 1pm ceremony.
