Is there a place for gifts?

Answer

We have provided a card box for those guests who’ve asked what gift to give us - This is much easier for us to travel with on a plane.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in the RSVP card?

Answer

Online is perfectly fine! We do prefer the card as it has a spot to notify us of any dietary restrictions.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that RSVPs, whether online or card, be provided by: Saturday, 30 August 2025.

What if I don’t RSVP?

Answer

A nonresponse will be counted as a “decline” in order to provide a final guest count to our vendors.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotel?

Answer

We did not. We have provided information for hotels less than 30 minutes from our venue; with that being said, please take the traffic into consideration.

Is your wedding inside or outside?

Answer

Both: Ceremony will be outside and reception will be inside, with the ability to walk the venue grounds if you so choose.

What are the addresses for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

They are held at the same location: Azle Deer Cove 101 S Pearson Lane Azle, TX 76020 It is wheelchair accessible.

Is there a shuttle from the hotel(s) to the venue?

Answer

There is not. There is parking at the venue.

What’s the best airport to use?

Answer

What’s the dress code and any colors you want me to wear?

Answer

The dress code is Formal. Any color besides white/ivory/champagne is perfectly fine. Ladies: If a floor length dress would hinder your walking to the point you would fall - please feel free to wear a dress that hits at the knees/calves/ankles.

What is the weather climate like in that area?

Answer

As the groom says, “It’s Texas…in November.” It could be rather cold or rather hot. We have planned and will track the weather leading up to day of - thanks to the groom for being a Meteorologist.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We’ll be serving hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour followed by a sit down supper with a choice of entree.

What’s the wedding itinerary?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 4:00pm sharp followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap around 10:00pm.

What time should I arrive at your ceremony?

Answer

No later than: 3:45pm. We will begin our ceremony at precisely 4:00pm.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos/videos during your ceremony?

Answer

Absolutely! We just ask that you remain seated while doing so as we have a photographer who will be moving about during our ceremony site.

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

Please respect our privacy and do not share photos on social media.
