Where do I park on the day of?

Answer

Please park in the back Shadelands lot (plenty of spots). There will be signs and venue staff to guide cars to behind the venue site. The front parking lot will not be available for use.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please dress semi-formal or cocktail chic. This means suits, vests, sun dresses. Think comfortable and classy! Some have asked what colors not to wear - try to avoid red. Bridesmaids will be gowned in hues of mai tai & cinnamon.

What are the weather conditions?

Answer

Weather is expected to be warm (80s) to cool (60s). The ceremony area will be shaded. However, bring sunglasses as the reception (lawn) area may be partially exposed. Bring a light jacket in case it gets chilly at night. Wear shoes you don't mind stepping on grass in ... but suitable for dancing!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

The dishes will be labeled. There will be a selection for vegetarian-only (please reserve that for our vegetarian guests). Some of the dishes will also be gluten-free. We plan to have a gluten-free dessert option.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We have sought to accommodate our families with young children. If your little ones were invited, they are our honored guests! Otherwise, we encourage parents to make arrangements so they can enjoy a night out :)
