Beach Formal is an elegant beachside celebration—dress to impress! Think breezy jumpsuits, linen-blend suits, satin dresses, or chic skirt sets. Opt for light fabrics like silk charmeuse or airy fibers to stay cool in the warm weather. Embrace vibrant hues from our color palette to perfectly complement the beauty of the location. Men should opt for a lightweight and breathable suit in colors like beige, tan, or olive green, rust. Skip the tie or opt for a lightweight tie in a complementary color. Loafers or dressy sandals or skippies are ideal footwear choices. Women can wear an elevated summer sundress or a flowy maxi dress in light, airy fabrics such as chiffon or silk. Opt for a color or floral patterns within our color pallet. The Riviera Maya in late November experiences warm, pleasant weather. Average daytime temperatures range from 75°F to 85°F (24°C to 29°C), with humidity levels starting to decrease as the region transitions out of the rainy season. Nights can be cooler, typically around 70°F (21°C), making it comfortable for outdoor events and activities. Overall, it's sunny, with a nice breeze off the Caribbean Sea.
As we’re keeping our wedding intimate and focused on our closest family and friends, this will be an adults-only celebration, and we are unable to accommodate children or additional guests.

To be considered a part of Bernard and Alicia Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer contracted group rates that have been secured through a room block to make this as easy as possible. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico as part of this wedding group. The Adults-Only Suites are located in two different buildings, the Fuego building and the Agua building (Spa rooms). These two sections of the resort only allow guests age 18 and above. If you stay in a different room category other than an Adults-Only room category you will not have access to these buildings. The Fuego building Adults-Only room categories include the following additional perks: Access to the adults-only Fuego rooftop pool and bar. Access to an additional restaurant, Fuego Restaurant, located in the Fuego building (available for non-Fuego guests for an additional fee). A small private cove area beach and lounge area. A premium outdoor bar on the lower level of the building. Private check in and check out in the Fuego building. Butler service. Private fitness center, exclusive to the Fuego building. Guests staying in the Agua building do not have access to the Fuego building.
