We’d love for you to dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire (a balance between formal and casual) for our wedding. The wedding is entirely indoors, except for a short walk from the ceremony to the reception space. A coat check will be provided.
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographers will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
We’ve opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening if needed.

Dietary requirements will be accommodated by Cambridge Mill. If you have a dietary requirement, please inform us so Cambridge Mill is well informed prior to the event.
Invitation to the wedding is extended to only those named on the invite. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any additional plus ones at this time. Thank you for understanding and we are so excited to celebrate with you!
Both the ceremony and reception are being held on site at Cambridge Mill. The ceremony will take place in The Pavilion, a glass encased chapel alongside the Grand River. The reception will take place in The Falls Room & Solarium, within the main building.
Both the ceremony and reception are being held indoors, however, there is a short outdoor walk from the ceremony to the reception space.
Of course it is, drinks are on us! We’re excited to offer an open bar throughout the entire reception. Cheers!
Cambridge Mill has lots of on-site parking. Vehicles can be left over-night. Please don’t drink and drive! See more information regarding our shuttle service that will be provided below.
Prior to the ceremony held at 2:30pm, there will be two shuttle departures leaving from Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre at 1:20pm and 2:00pm. This shuttle can only accommodate 36 people each round, so please advise us on your RSVP if you hope to use this service. Unfortunately, Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre cannot guarantee early check-ins will be available prior to 3pm but they do provide a “soft check-in” where luggage and bags can be kept inside in a designated safe room. You are welcome to park your vehicles over-night at Cambridge Mill and use the late-night shuttle to get back to the hotel after the reception, and obtain your vehicles in the morning. The late-night shuttle will be available starting at 10:30pm, every 40 minutes, to transport guests back to the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre. The last shuttle is at 1:10pm, 10 minutes after the reception ends. Please note: This drop-off location is within walking distance of the Best Western Plus and Hilton Garden Inn.
