Unless you have told us in advance or we have put your plus one on the list than no because we may not have enough food for everyone.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Kids are welcome as long as they are well behaved and you are watching them. If anything is broken or damaged because of your child you will be responsible for paying for it.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there should be plenty of parking.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

I would arrive 30 min prior as well plan to start at 4:00 that way you have time to park and find your seat.
