FAQs

Question

When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than June 1, 2026.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend staying at the Four Seasons Orlando as this is where the ceremony and reception will be held! There are plenty of other hotels and Airbnbs in the area available as well but we recommend staying within a 15-minute drive of the Four Seasons so you don't get stuck in Orlando traffic.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30-45 minutes before the Ceremony time. Let the gatehouse attendant know you are there for the Dubberly Wedding.

Question

Where do we park for the ceremony?

Answer

Valet is the only option at the Four Seasons Orlando, and this is complimentary. When arriving please mention to the Valet that you are here for the Dubberly Wedding. If you do plan on parking please make sure you give adequate time for the valet. If you plan on drinking, get an uber they are always available in Orlando.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our dress code is Summer Formal. We prefer ladies to wear long dresses and to avoid blacks and blues. Gentlemen should wear a a nice suit and tie-- feel free to have plenty of color and remember it's a little warm.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your child received an invite they are welcome to join all the events. The hotel offers childcare, please get in touch with us if you'd like to arrange childcare.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We're fortunate to have everything we need for our home, but we're touched by your generosity. If you'd like to celebrate our marriage with a gift, we welcome contributions to our honeymoon fund, which you can find in the registry section of our website. Alternatively, gifts can be sent directly to our home address in Texas.

Question

What are some things to do in Orlando?

Answer

Our favorite things to do in Orlando are: walking around Disney Springs checking out the shops and dining, our favorite restaurants here are The Boathouse for seafood, Polite Pig for barbecue, and Morimoto for sushi. If you're in the mood for a country night, Ole Red on I-Drive is a fun live country music restaurant. Obviously we enjoy the theme parks, our favorite two are Animal Kingdom at Disney (make sure to do the safari) and Islands of Adventure at Universal (make sure to ride Hagrid's). If you're looking for some shopping Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets and Mall at Millenia are our two favorite stops.

Question

Phones and photographs allowed?

Answer

We hope to have a phone-free Ceremony. We will have photographers there for most of the evening, so feel free to ask them to take your picture. We promise we will share the pictures with you!

Question

I have a specific question?

Answer

Reach out to Alicia or Steven if you have any specific questions.
