Question

When does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive 1 hour to 30 minutes prior to the start time. Enjoy a beverage and mingle. Cars will not be permitted to enter if the ceremony has already started as the parking lot is close to the ceremony space and cars coming through will interrupt the ceremony.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately no plus ones will be allowed unless stated on your formal invitation. The venue only allows a maximum number of people so please do not bring any guest that are not listed on your invitation.

Are children invited?

Answer

Though we love your children dearly this will be an adults only event aside from children in the wedding party. Use this night as a date night, we appreciate you making arrangements beforehand.

When should we arrive?

Answer

We ask that you please arrive at least 1 hour to 30 minutes prior to the start time on your invitation. Anyone who arrives after the start time will not be permitted in until after the ceremony finishes.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

There will be an open bar. Please be respectful to bar staff as they will be given permission to “cut off” anyone they feel has reached their limit. Please drink responsibly as transportation will not be provided after the reception.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided to guests. Please drink responsibly and have arrangements made prior to the reception. Cars are not permitted to stay on property after the reception has ended.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end promptly at 9:30pm. Everyone should be off venue property by 10pm. No cars will be permitted to stay on property after the reception so plan accordingly and drink responsibly.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi- Formal attire is preferred. No jeans, shorts, T-shirts or tank tops. Please do not wear white or any other shade of white. The MOH’s WILL shower you in the best red wine we have available.

What if I did not reply to RSVP?

Answer

If you did not reply by the RSVP date listed on your formal invitation you will be marked as declined. Please get your RSVP in as soon as possible.

Is this an Unplugged ceremony?

Answer

No flash photography!! We don’t mind your own photos but please stay out of the way of the paid photographers and out of the aisle. We would like everyone to be present and attentive during the ceremony we will share photos once we get them back from the photographer.

What do I do about lodging?

Answer

We do not have room blocks reserved so plan accordingly and promptly. There are multiple options for lodging in town. If you would like recommended options please contact Alicia.
