You can book your room on your own, however, we have worked with Vacationeeze Travel Agency, who negotiated a discounted room block for the wedding significantly less than booking online. (We looked at booking rooms online to see the difference between Vacationeeze's rate and the Hard Rock's online rate and Vacationeeze's room rate was about $400 dollars cheaper.) Our wedding rate also includes transportation to and from the airport for your convenience.
Unfortunately, there are no day passes that allow for outside guests to attend the wedding.
Look for the short, curly, purple-haired, bossy girl drinking a Coca Cola named Tarrah. She will know the schedule and will absolutely make sure you are in the right place at the right time.
We would love to have you! We plan to arrive in Mexico on Monday (2/16/2026) and stay through Wednesday (2/25/2026). Please work with the Vacationeeze Travel Agency to ensure you receive the room-block rate for any additional days you want to stay.
Transportation is included in your reservation with Vacationeeze. You will provide them with your airfare information if you book your flight on your own and they will arrange transportation to and from the airport for you.
You can bring as many people as you want as long as you rsvp they are attending and they love to dance to 30 minute Tweezer jams.
Absolutely! Find Crystal and you will have a friend for life!
Yes! We know this is a vacation for most of us and if you want to bring your munchkins along we would love to have them celebrate with us. The Hardrock has activities for kids including a water park and offers discounted rates for their stay! Check with the Vacationeeze team on offers.
Unfortunately, we are not providing childcare for the ceremony or reception, but we would love to have the kids attend the wedding events. The hotel also offers nanny services for a fee if you would like to have some adult time. Alicia also knows a few college students that might want to earn a little cash while at their mother's wedding.
All wedding events will take place at the resort. Since this is an all-inclusive resort there will be activities, multiple restaurants, beaches, and pools to enjoy, but you are also welcome to explore the city.
We will be sneaking out of our ceremony and will leave understudies in our place and hope you will do the same.
Yes, the average high temperatures are around 82°F (28°C) and average low temperatures are around 68°F (20°C). February is one of the driest months of the year in Cancun, so hopefully it’s sunny skies the entire time. The ocean temperature is around 78.8°F (26°C), which is comfortable for swimming.
Find the tall, ginger, TJ and ask him.
We plan to have the ceremonies outside, however, if there is rain we will have a backup plan.
Look for Tracy and ask her to assist you in getting to your room. She will not be able to find her own room, but will always get you back to your room safe and sound.
Sure, find Jamie and Steve, they'll know what to do and are in charge of approving all song requests.
We want you to be comfortable at all of our events, so there is no specific dress code. We will have a Mehndi and Hindu ceremony where you can wear traditional Indian attire, but you are not required to if you attend the events. If you want to wear traditional Indian attire and need help with this please contact Alicia. For the civil ceremony think beach chic. Colorful, flowy sundresses, linen suits or pants, and a button-up shirt. Remember we will be walking on sand and dancing afterward, so make sure you have appropriate footwear.
Charlotte will be more than happy to let you know if you are appropriately dressed and if your outfit matches, so find the tall, blonde girl she is here to help!
Yes, if you know us you know we love to eat. (Since we will be at an all-inclusive resort we will have plenty of food at all the wedding events!)
Please let us know and we will work with the resort to ensure accommodations are made during our events. We also highly recommend letting the travel agent know so they can convey this information to the resort.
Find Chathan and he will take care of this for you especially Hi-Chews and anything chocolate.
We are not hosting a formal rehearsal dinner. Instead, we will have a Welcome Reception & Dinner following the Mehandi ceremony and you are all invited to both!
Unfortunately, most countries drink Coca-Cola Lite or Coke zero, so Alicia will pack a suitcase full of Diet Coke for herself. So, plan accordingly.
Your room, food, drinks, and some hotel activities are included in your stay. We recommend bringing $1's and $5's to tip servers, bartenders, and drivers. Additionally, excursions and spa treatments are not included in your stay cost, however, rooms may come with a resort credit that can be used toward these activities. You can ask your Vacationeeze travel agent about this.
Find Graham Bam and he will know!
While we hope to have a few attorney friends attend we want them to enjoy their time away celebrating with us. So, we suggest you contact your local legal counsel before leaving the country and notify them of your whereabouts.
Suneel will have all the details of the game and would love nothing more than to share them with you.
You coming to our wedding is our gift! Please do not feel as if you must get us a gift, however, if you wish to do something extra we would love for you to donate to the Divide Sky Foundation. The Divided Sky Foundation is a nonprofit organization that offers an affordable next step in the recovery process for those ready to address their addiction. Your generosity supports scholarships and other essential services. https://dividedsky.org/donate
Absolutely. Most banks and credit cards allow individuals to use their services while traveling abroad, but if you have not left the country in a while or ever we highly recommend doing this prior to leaving.
You should contact your phone company to see what the policy is when traveling out of the country. If you forget to do this you can also turn your phone on airplane mode and just use wifi. Or find one of the Reedlings and just use their phone because their mom, Alicia, pays for their phone plans.
