Question

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our Ceremony will be outside on a hill top that overlooks the rest of or wedding venue. Cocktail hour and games will also be taking place outside, at the bottom of the hill right next to the barn where our reception will be taking place indoors. Dinner and dancing will be in a barn.

What will we be having for dinner?

Answer

While we don't want to completely ruin the surprise, we will say that dinner will consist of 3 proteins, a pasta, seasonal grilled vegetables, and a nice big salad :)

Will there be gluten free options?

Answer

We have insured that the sauces used on the meats are gluten free, however the pasta will be full of gluten. Our desert table will have gluten free options as well, and will be clearly labeled

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Our bar will offer beer and wine, as well as a “His” and “Hers” signature cocktail

What will parking be like?

Answer

A parking area will be located on the dirt road just before the venue. It will be labeled. It is a short downhill walk from the parking area to the venue. However, people who plan to stay at our recommended hotels will be taking a shuttle, which will drop passengers right in front of the event barn.

Can guests spend the night?

Guests cannot spend the night at our venue

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

Closed toed shoes would be the best option for our venue as walking up a slight hill to the ceremony site is required, and the floor in the barn will be compacted dirt overlaid with fluffy wood shavings
