- Discounted rooms are available on a **first-come, first-served** basis. Once the room block is full, additional discounted rooms cannot be added. We encourage you to reserve your room as soon as you receive your Save the Date to take advantage of the group rate.
- While there is no shuttle service between the hotel and the venue, parking is available at the hotel (up to $15 per night), and rideshare services (such as Uber and Lyft) are readily available.
