We're eloping!

Kyle and Alicia first met in 2019 through a mutual friend while visiting Nashville, Tennessee. Alicia happened to know all of the guys in the group except for Kyle who quickly caught her eye! A few weeks later, Kyle and Alicia bumped into each other at the gym back in Grand Rapids, MI where they both are from. Shortly after, they began hanging out as friends. For many months, every Thursday/Friday night they would have euchre nights with their friends Nick and James. During this time Kyle and Alicia's friendship quickly grew into a relationship. From all the ups and down in life, Kyle and Alicia have made countless memories together. Some of our favorite things to do together have included traveling, hiking and exploring nature and national parks, and indulging in new food and restaurants. In July 2022, Alicia moved to Chicago for graduate school. The last year and a half consisted of making memories in a new city; new friends, restaurants, and experiences. On a trip in the Scottish highlands on the Isle of Skye, Kyle proposed to Alicia on March 1, 2023 during an incredible hike. After five years together, we are ready for our new adventure of marriage and we couldn't imagine a better place than Yosemite to do so. It will be our first time at Yosemite National Park and we can't wait to experience it with all our closest friends and family!
