Where to stay

Answer

Since we are getting married on the mountain there are several areas to camp if you would like to bring your camper or tent! Bear Trap Meadows, Strube Loop, Skunk Hollow, and Tower Hill Campground are a couple camping areas close to our venue. Unfortunately there aren't any hotels near the mountain so we suggest to get a hotel off the interstate.

Where are you registered

Answer

We are registered on Amazon as well as Bed Bath and Beyond. Just search, "Alicia Hedlund Kooper Adams." We are also going on our honeymoon right after the wedding and would like a new house within the next year, a cash donation would be greatly appreciated!

Is the wedding BYOB

Answer

We will not have a liquor service serving drinks so bringing your own drinks is allowed. We will have wine, a his/his drink, beer, water, and kids drinks available.

Will dinner be served

Answer

Dinner is a must when you are celebrating the whole day! We will have snacks between the ceremony and reception and a BBQ style buffet available when the reception gets started. Gluten free options will be available.

How do we get to The Lions Club

Answer

Go south on Casper Mountain Road (Wyoming Highway 251), continue straight for approximately 6.3 miles, the destination will be on your right. Look for signs designating where to park. If you decide to drink please take an Uber or Lyft off the mountain.

Are kids welcome

Absolutely! This is a kid friendly wedding and there will be games available for them to play.

This is a casual wedding, please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.

What is a wedding without a dancing partner? Of course you can bring a plus one! Please let Ali or Kooper know prior so we can make sure there are enough seats for everyone.
