Where do we park when we get to the venue?

Valet will be able to handle all parking.

What time should we arrive to the ceremony?

Please arrive by 5:45 PM to get everyone seated before start time at 6:00 PM.

How do we book a room?

Answer

You can call Hampton Inn Suites in Bloomfield Hills and ask for Savio when booking a stay for the night. Let him know you are with the room block under "Backos". He will handle all payment and personal information.

Where do we leave our car if we are staying at the hotel?

Answer

You can park your car at the hotel and leave it there. There will be a shuttle bus outside of the hotel starting at 5:15 PM to take people to the venue.

What should we wear?

Attire for the night is formal.

Where do we go when we get to the venue?

There will be guides to lead you down towards the ceremony area.

When will the shuttle take me back to the hotel?

Answer

The shuttle will be running all night until all guests have left the reception. If you need to leave early for any reason and go back to the hotel, the shuttle will be able to take you.
