We highly encourage our guests to stay at Grand Targhee Resort from 8/13-8/15 as our Welcome Party, Ceremony, and Reception will be at the resort. The only way to the resort includes a 6 mile, curvy uphill pass. Ubers and cabs are not available in this small mountain town. A 2-night minimum is required to receive the discounted rate. The block is also available for those who would like to stay before or after our wedding event dates (8/13-8/15). If you would like to stay days outside of the block, please call in and they will be added with the discount. If sleeping in a tent or camper is more your style, that is also an option at the resort! A shuttle will be running from Grand Targhee Resort to the Idaho Falls & Jackson Hole Airports for those who would like to avoid renting a car. There is a 30 person, 11 person, and 7 person shuttle. Most shuttle costs are based on route. They vary on cost from $700 round trip to $35 round trip. The shuttle can make multiple stops as requested. The resort also runs a complimentary shuttle service that drops people off in town daily at multiple different stops. There are many lodging options available if you would like to extend your trip in the valley rather than at the mountain top of Grand Targhee Resort. Driggs is where we reside. There are many outdoor activities as well as a dainty Main Street that is lively in the summer. Surrounding towns like Victor, ID and Tetonia, ID have the same feel. If you want to be close to Jackson and Grand Teton National Park, stay in Victor, ID!
