You are welcome to take pictures; however, please be mindful of the photographer.

Rees Photography will be taking photos of our special day.

Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotel?

Yes! As long as you are staying at the Best Western Premier.

Please let us know as soon as possible if for some reason you find you are unable to attend.

We will need to inform the caterer of our final number. If you do not RSVP by the deadline, unfortunately we will be unable to accommodate.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We are planning on the ceremony being outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors.

What about gifts?
Answer
The most important gift is you being there to celebrate with us! We do not expect other gifts; however, if you would like to give us something, please be mindful that we are traveling and have limited space to bring back gifts to Arizona with us. If you prefer giving a physical gift instead of gift cards and/or cash, it would help us tremendously if you would consider shipping it to our home instead.
