What’s for dinner?

Answer

Dinner is buffet style with choices of chicken breast or hamburgers, Italian pasta salad, potato salad, fruit and corn. Let servers know of dietary restrictions

What’s the bar like?

Answer

The bar will be a cash bar, and the venue takes it literally as they are unable to do cards at this time. There is an ATM in the lobby. Drink options include: beer, wine, seltzer’s, mix drinks, and sodas

Parking?

Answer

It’s recommended to park in parking lot R, off of reserve st & portage st. This parking lot does have meters, but you do not have to pay them on the day of the event.

Where to go inside the building?

Answer

The ceremony is on the second floor in the Laird room and reception is on the third floor in the Alumni room. There are both stairs and elevators, and will be some directional signs to follow.

Ceremony starts at 2pm in Laird room Cocktail hour to follow in Alumni room Grand march at 4:30 Dinner at 5:00 First dances at 6:00 Bouquet/garter toss at 6:40 End of reception at 11:00
