Is there a block of rooms at a hotel?

We have reserved a room block at Hampton Inn & Suites Cazenovia, NY. Please book your stay by May 26, 2026 to guarantee a room in our block. What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?

Answer

If you miss the deadline to reserve the room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our hotel anyway-they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Come dance the night away with us wearing cocktail attire. A suit or a dress shirt with a tie is suggested. A dress or dressy separates are also welcome.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive and be seated by 3:30 and enjoy a pre-ceremony cocktail.

Can I bring a plus one or children?

Answer

We are not allowing additional guests to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest to attend is listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Will there be menu options for guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies?

Answer

Included in the RSVP is a spot to list any dietary restrictions. The entire menu is nut and shellfish free due to the bride's allergies. Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free options have already been incorporated into the menu.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. We are looking to enjoy the night; please drink responsibly and know your limits.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free onsite parking with a large paved lot, including handicap accessible spots.
