Saint Thomas is located in downtown Wilmington and has a very small number of parking spaces reserved for those that need close access.
There are public parking lots and garages located near the building as well as residential and street parking spaces. The closest parking garage and lot have been circled on the map above. We recommend using Google Maps to help you find parking if needed. If you are staying in a hotel near by, consider walking or using public transportation.
Close parking is available at:
-Parking lot located a few yards north on S 2nd St.
-Parking garage located 1 block north on the corner of Market St. and S 2nd St.
-Free residential parking is available along 3rd St. (From Market St. to Orange St.)
-Street meter parking is $2 per hour or $19 for the whole day and is enforced from 9:00 am until 6:30 pm
