Ummmm no. There was never gambling at Belle Isle Casino. The term casino here references the traditional definition of the word, meaning a building used for meetings, entertainment and dancing. It's a party venue. So sorry, no slots but feel free to give us your cash :)
There is only way on to the Island through McArthur Bridge. When you come in take a LEFT on to Casino Way. Belle Isle is all one-way, so make sure you're taking a left once you get to the entrance or you're taking the scenic route. Here is a map! To get into ANY Michigan state park you need a recreation passport. If you have gone to a Michigan State Park in 2018 you might already have one in your car window. If not you can buy one for $11 (per car) when you renew your Michigan Plates, or buy it at the entrance for $16 (per car). For any out of state registered vehicles is is $9 for a daily pass (again per car).
Nope! Parking on the entire Isle is free. There are tons of parking spaces next to the Casino.
Due to venue capacity we can’t host any additional guests that didn’t receive a formal invitation.
We're having a small private ceremony. We can't imagine our wedding day without everyone! Which is why we opted for a larger reception.
We understand and appreciate that you would like to take pictures to remember our special day. We do ask that photos NOT be taken during the ceremony. Please keep all cellphones off until afterward. Once the ceremony is over, go crazy. Just make sure to tag us in them.
