DEPOSIT DETAILS
Initial Deposit- $100 per person
The deposit is non- refundable once booked,
however names of persons in room can be changed before August 15, 2025 without penalty or after August 16, 2025 but a cancellation fee will apply.
Travel Insurance is optional. If you decide to get Travel insurance through the travel agent, it must be added at the time of your booking or within 7 days of making your deposit.
1st Deposit Due at the time of booking
Final Payment Due- October 3, 2025
Monthly payment plan will be on the individual invoice

Airport Transfer Details The flight details for airport transfer should be provided to Alicia or Cooney 60 days prior to traveling but no later than 15 days prior to the arrival of January 8th. If the flight details are not received 15 days prior to your arrival, a fee of $35 per person will be assessed and added to the grand total of your room booking.
