What should you know about our special day?

HAVE FUN! We are the most laid back, easy going couple! We want nothing more than to have an amazing time with our family and friends when we finally say I DO!!

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by September 13, 2024, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you; however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What happens if I am late to the ceremony?

Answer

It is at the discretion of our venue staff whether they can seat you without causing a disturbance, but likelihood is that you will be asked to wait until the ceremony is finished.

Is the event inside or outside?

Answer

As much as we are hoping that the weather will allow an outdoor ceremony on the mountain top, our venue also has a beautiful inside option. Our reception will be held inside the Red Tail Lodge.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We invite you to be fully present with us during the ceremony. Please turn off all mobile phones and cameras and enjoy this intimate moment with us. We promise to share with you all photos and videos from this very special day! At cocktail hour/reception please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like! We just ask that you please share them with us before posting on social media!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! There will be a champagne cart when you come off the mountain into cocktail hour as well as a bar in the cocktail hour space! The reception will have an open bar! While this is NOT a cash bar we ask that you please be kind to our bartenders and tip them as they will be very hard at work for us all night!!
