Will and I met when we played SYSA football together back in 2006. Since then, we’ve shared a lot of fun memories. Going out to his family’s lake cabin at Spirit Lake, hosting Beer Olympic, going to school together, couple road trips to Seattle to catch a Mariners’ game and being college roommates. Will is a true friend who shows honesty, loyalty, and integrity. Type of guy who is always down to do anything and have a great time. I’m very thankful to have this man not only as my best friend, but to stand next to me as my Best Man.

TJ and I met during summer basketball before starting our freshman year of high school, the first friend I made going to a new school. I didn’t know anybody I was playing with until he came up to me and introduced himself. Since then, we were Hoopfest teammates for 8 years, college roommates, casino partners, and we practically became brothers. We challenged each other in any possible way we can think of. We just don’t give up. TJ is humble, goofy, and a genuinely kind human being. I’m grateful for TJ for being a part of my life.

Matt and I met during football camp before starting our freshman year of high school, and were inseparable all four years. Not kidding, ask anyone. We have way too many fun, stupid, and hilarious stories during that time period, it’s unbelievable. So for the benefit of the doubt, I will save our stories for another time. Our love for Christmas, fishing, the Zags, and the Birds are unmatched. Matt is truly an amazing, loyal friend who will always have your back and look out for you. A true brother.

Duncan and I met in high school, and played football together. Everybody wanted to be friends with him, but only a few made the cut to be in his inner circle. What I love about Duncan is that he is his own person and has been my biggest supporter over the years. He has given me great advice and always lift me up whenever I’m down. He brings out my inner child, goofiness if you will, and always encourages me to be myself. This man has the biggest heart, and deeply care for his family and friends. I can’t imagine my life without him.

Max and I met in high school, and played football together. Everyone has that one friend in their group who is confident and knows how to have a good time. Max is that guy. All of my favorite memories with him involves going out and our trip to Vegas. Puts the biggest smile on my face because they were good times. Max is a type of guy who is honest and isn’t afraid what he has to say, hence the confidence. Max is a vital part of my life.

My childhood best friend. Brandon and I met in Kindergarten, but didn’t become friends until 3rd grade at Woodridge Elementary. Growing up, we would always ride our bikes everywhere on Indian Trail and make a quick pit stop to Albertsons and McDonald’s (yes, we got grounded from there one summer). Brandon is the type of guy who isn’t afraid of anything. Brandon always supported me to take risks and step up to the challenge. I’m blessed that our 23 years of friendship is still going strong.

My brother. I’ll be honest, he was not the best big brother to grow up with. He sure loved torturing me when we were kids, but what older brother wouldn’t? But as we gotten older, he is the guy I look up to. For my love for sports (especially the Mariners) and movies, he is the reason I am so passionate for these things. I admire him for who he is as a person. Smart, funny, independent, and competitive. We may not have the same mom, but I am very lucky to have him as my brother.

Believe it or not, Andrew and I met at Woodridge Elementary. Who would’ve thought two guys who walked the same hallways as kids would end up becoming brothers in the future. Over the last couple years of getting to know Andrew, I must say I am excited to have another brother to be a part of my life. He’s a good man who has deep love and care for his family. I admire that about Andrew.
