Answer

You and your family should plan on arriving at least 30 minutes before the 5 o'clock ceremony. This gives you time to find parking, figure out the location of the ceremony, and catch up with some familiar faces. To keep things personal and manageable, we’re only able to accommodate guests who are named on the invitation. If you’d like to request a plus one, please reach out to us in advance. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate last-minute additions—anyone not on the guest list will not be admitted. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping our day run smoothly! We completely understand that unexpected things can come up. If your plans change after you’ve RSVP’d, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible. We’ll be making final arrangements based on our guest list, so having an accurate headcount is really helpful. Thank you for keeping us in the loop—we truly appreciate it! Since the wedding will be held in southern California during the summer season, expect it to be sunny and warm. The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the rest of the event will continue inside. While we haven’t partnered with specific hotels or transportation services, there are plenty of nearby options to make your stay comfortable. You’ll find a variety of hotels and Airbnbs in the area, overnight parking available at the venue, and rideshare services operating late into the night. The dress code is Formal or Black-Tie Optional. We kindly encourage guests to dress in their most elegant attire—floor-length gowns or sophisticated pantsuits for women, and tuxedos or dark suits with dress shoes for men. We kindly ask that all guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We're having an unplugged ceremony to allow our professional photographer to capture the moment beautifully—without phones in the frame. Your presence means the world to us, and we’d love for you to simply be present and enjoy the moment with us. We promise to share all the gorgeous photos afterward! As much as we’d love to dance the night away, our celebration will officially conclude at 11:00 PM, with a gradual wind-down beginning around 10:30 PM, per our agreement with the venue. We’re so excited to make the most of every moment with you!
