Our Story
For those on each side of the family who haven't met Thaddeus or Alice yet:
Thaddeus grew up in Cave Creek, Arizona, and his family would frequently visit Glacier National Park during his childhood, since his mom used to work in the park in the 1980s. Alice grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and moved out to Montana at 21 with the encouragement of her father who also used to work in the park in the 70s.
Thaddeus began working seasonally in Glacier in 2017, and Alice in 2019. Long before they met, they both shared a deep passion for Glacier’s mountains, having both accomplished a uniquely high volume of objectives in the park before meeting one another. They must've always been on different mountains though, because they only finally crossed paths in June 2023. They immediately felt they had found their match and have been together ever since. What began as a partnership in the mountains has grown into a relationship ready to take on all the peaks and valleys of life.
