On June 21st, 2018, Alice and Ryan laid eyes on each other for the first time. (Although, they had previously matched on Bumble some years prior.) Alice says it was love at first sight for her. After they saw each other and made flirty eyes from across a room, they did not have the good fortune to exchange information. However, a few days later, Alice was at the gym when Ryan walked by in a handsome saunter of sorts. Alice was on the stationary bike checking tinder (I know, classy.) and saw that Ryan had messaged on tinder as well. Alice hid from Ryan as he passed her at the gym and then gave him her number on Tinder. Ryan and Alice began texting and finally went for a summer walk on July 15th. Alice was surprised by the mesmerizing nature of Ryan. Alice asked Ryan to lay on the grass and look at the stars. Suddenly, she realized she had always known she would lay looking at the stars with the person she would end up with.... her eyes widened with fear that this was either “the one,” or it was going to be extremely disappointing. Ryan and Alice lay under the stars laughing and talking until it got cold. Alice was hooked. Fast forward to mid-August, Ryan and Alice began dating officially. Alice continued to find out things about Ryan that appeared to be signs that he was the one. For instance, Alice always loved the name Mitchell, and over dinner one night at Casa Ramos, Ryan told Alice that was his middle name. The more they got to know each other, the more they had in common and seemed to fit together perfectly in a myriad of ways. Ryan proposed completely unexpectedly on January 11th, 2019 after Alice had listened to children discuss chopping off penises all day. Alice said yes, because she had known Ryan was it for her since the day she saw him. Alice and Ryan cannot wait to start a life together and to name their first son Mitchell.
