Childcare for Ceremony and Reception

3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

To assist out-of-town visitors, a limited number of childcare spots will be available for our younger guests, preferably aged 3 and over. The supervised babysitting room will be located in the basement conference room of Quirk Hotel, just one block from the reception venue. The room will have food, crafts, and basic entertainment to keep children occupied while parents enjoy the ceremony and reception. ** Parents must sign up in advance, indicating the number of children at the bottom of the page. Due to limited capacity, we will be unable to accommodate those who show up without a reservation. RSVPs for childcare will be turned off once full. **

Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Cocktail Attire

Please note that Carytown is a busy area with limited parking. We will have shuttles running from Quirk Hotel to Byrd Theater for your convenience. Shuttles will begin at 3pm - look for a black shuttle bus through Richmond Limo outside Quirk Hotel. If you choose to drive, there is a paid parking garage on Colonial Avenue behind the theater in addition to free street parking.

Reception

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire

Join us for a cocktail reception with drinks, food stations, and dancing. Shuttles from Byrd Theater to Common House will be available for your convenience. The two shuttle buses will loop, so if you miss the first shuttles, do not fret!
