The Wedding Website of Alice Herbert and Karl Peterson
Camp Parsons is a century old Boy Scout camp in a quiet cove nestled on the Hood Canal. Every cabin is unique and the property has the feel of a very large, well maintained mixed use “glamping” campground. Accommodations range from 2-4 person bunkhouses with a separate shared bathroom, to small cabins with living rooms and kitchens, and larger dorm style buildings with bathrooms and kitchens. Rv’s are also welcome although there are limited hookups. Feel free to reach out to Karl or Alice with questions about the venue and about what you’d be comfortable staying in. And if camping trips aren’t your thing, no problem and no pressure! Do what makes you happy, and we’ll be happy to see you!

Hotel

Camp Parsons

Saturday night accommodations are covered by us for any guests who want to stay at the camp. If you’d would like to stay Friday night also, it is $25. There is a limited number of shared cabins (4-8 people sharing a kitchen and bathroom dorm style) and virtually unlimited tent and yurt camping as well as parking for RVs (limited hookups). If you would like to stay in an indoor cabin for both or either nights please let us know by June 15, 2026. We may not be able to guarantee indoor accommodations if you rsvp later but we will try our best! There are also private homes to rent in the area but the nearest hotel is about 40 min away.

Travel Note

Travel from Seattle International Airport (SeaTac)

The venue is approximately 2 hours from the nearest airport, and unfortunately public transport will only take you about half way. If you’re traveling by plane renting a car is probably the best option for travel once you’re here.
