Our wedding and reception is taking place at The Pine Room, which is located on the Oglebay Resort approximately 1 mile from the Wilson Lodge.

The historic Oglebay Trolley has been reserved for our guests for transportation to and from The Pine Room.

Shuttle services from the Wilson Lodge to the Pine Room will begin at 3:55pm and end at 4:50pm and runs approximately every 10 minutes. Service will resume from 9:30pm to 11:30pm to take guests back to the Wilson Lodge. 

Please keep in mind that the Trolley fits up to 30 guests at any given time.

For guests who reserved a cabin, the trolley will take you to and from your cabin.

If you wish to drive a personal vehicle to The Pine Room, there is free parking and vehicles are permitted overnight. The Pine Room is ADA accessible.
