Graduate Roosevelt Island

The Graduate Hotel is the only hotel located on Roosevelt Island and is a 15 minute walk or quick free shuttle ride from the venue. Our After Party will be in the Rooftop Bar as well. Every room has a view! We have reserved a limited room block and recommend booking early. If the room block fills up and you'd still like to book at the hotel or would like to extend your trip and keep the room block rate, you can contact the hotel by emailing Rhys at RMcIntyre@graduaterooseveltislandny.com and he can assist. Just be sure to mention the Verderber-Thomas room block when you reach out!

Travel Note

Shuttle from Graduate Hotel to The Sanctuary

A private shuttle will be transporting guests to the venue starting at 4:20pm, with additional trips at 4:40pm & 5pm. The shuttle will also be returning guests to the hotel at the end of the night.

Flight

Airports

NYC has three airports, but LaGuardia is in closest proximity to Roosevelt Island, only a 25 minute drive away! John F. Kennedy Airport and Newark Airport are the two other options. Alongside Uber and Lyft, there are plenty of public transportation options available at each airport.

Train

Amtrak

Amtrak is also a great option for traveling into the city and if want to leave your car at home.

While the hotel offers Valet Parking, there is also limited street parking, and a Public Parking at Motorgate Parking Garage for $24 a day: 688 Main Street Roosevelt Island, NY 10044 Phone: 212-832-4585 There are a handful of spots available for day-of parking at the Sanctuary.

NYC Subway & Roosevelt Island Tram

The F train and the Roosevelt Island Tram are two public transportation options that connect Roosevelt Island to Manhattan and Queens. We recommend the tram for some picturesque views of the city from above and the F train to reach all of Manhattan with ease.
