Where do we stay?

Answer

The wedding party will be staying at the Copperwynd Resort. The rooms are blocked on April 2 and 3 for our guests, but feel free to stay the 1st with some of the other wedding guests and us! If you wish to stay at another location, we can recommend We-ko-pa Resort which is a 15 minute drive from our hotel! BOOK HERE: Book your group rate for Cutler Bridge Wedding at this link below! How do we get around?

Answer

The hotel is located a 25 minute drive from Phoenix airport and the venue itself is a 20 minute drive from the Copperwynd Resort. If you want to stay a while and explore, we recommend a car rental. If you are coming for only the three days, Uber is very quick and easy to use in Phoenix. It will cost you $25 to the hotel from the airport!

What is the plan for the whole weekend?

Answer

We invite you to arrive Thursday April 1st, and hang out with us on the lawns at The Copperwynd. Bring your swimmers should you want to take a dip in the jacuzzi, or rent golf clubs to use the course. Friday April 2nd will be a hike in the morning nearby the hotel, and in the evening we will be meeting all of our guests for welcome drinks at Bonehaus Brewery at 6 pm, just 6 minutes from our hotel. On the day of the wedding, feel free to catch some sun at the hotel and walk around the Botanical Gardens before our ceremony starts promptly at 5 pm! We will have the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and live band all taking place at the Webster Center inside the gardens.
