Maid of Honor
Sarah is the bride’s oldest friend and groom’s sister (best friend’s brother trope anyone?). The two met in dance and cheered together through middle and high school. Their favorite thing to do was hours long car talks in the Mamasita’s parking lot. Ali always considered Sarah a sister but now it’s official! Catch them on the dance floor screaming to a Jonas Brothers song.
Best Man
Roddy is the groom’s father. Ryan always knew his dad would stand by his side when he married the woman he loves. His whole life, Ryan has looked up to his father as a man, husband, and father. He hopes to be half the man his dad is. If you see Roddy on the dance floor, watch out for his flying elbows (just ask the bride)!
Matron of Honor
Sierra was the bride’s first friend at Meredith College. They met their first night in the dorms when Ali was on the hunt for someone who knew how to turn on the shower. They’ve been great friends ever since. Sierra has been by the bride’s side through many stages of life. Ali couldn’t think of anyone else to have next to her on her big day.
Groomsman
Matthew is the groom’s brother. Ryan has always looked at his big brother as a protector and friend. They bond over their many common nerdy interest. Ryan has always looked up to his big brother. He couldn’t imagine not having Matt stand beside him on his wedding day. If you hear someone yelling “Courtney” at the wedding, it’s just Matt calling for the bride.
Bridesmaid
Carrie and the bride met at Meredith College their sophomore year at a Cornhuskin’ dance practice. A beautiful friendship was born on the back row of that practice. Over the past 10 years, Carrie has been a radiant light in the bride’s life. You’ll see them doing those same dances they learned 10 years ago on the dance floor.
Groomsman
Thomas (aka Big Tom) and the groom have been friends since preschool. From Eagle Scouts to living together in Raleigh during college, the two have maintained a lifelong friendship.
Bridesmaid
Chelsea is the groom’s sister-in-law. The bride met Chelsea when she started dating Ryan. The two bonded over their love of shadow daddies (iykyk). Ali is so excited to be gaining a sister with such a big heart.
Groomsman
Josh and the groom met when they were kids. From Eagle Scouts to working together now, the two have maintained their lifelong friendship. If you think you see Post Malone at the wedding, it’s just Josh.
Bridesmaid
Allyson and the bride met at Meredith College. The two became close when they both found themselves in a square dancing class for a P.E. credit. Allyson is the kindest person the bride knows. If you’re lucky, you may see Al(ly/i) squared swinging each other round and round on the dance floor.
Groomsman
Isaac is the groom’s oldest friend. They have known each other since Isaac was born. The two grew up together and have remained friends. No matter the time or distance, Isaac is someone Ryan feels like he can always count on.
Bridesmaid
Kelsie and the bride met at Meredith College. When Ali realized she loved Ryan, Kelsie was actually the first person she told. The bride doesn’t know where she would be without Kelsie and her amazing heart. Ali couldn’t get married without having her president up there with her.
