When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by July 12, 2025.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one on your invitation, then yes, please bring a date! If not, please do not bring a date as we will be limited on space.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids but due to space restrictions, we will not be allowing kids at the wedding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have room blocks available at two hotels. Please check out our Travel page and be sure to book before June, 12, 2025 to secure a room.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue but we do encourage guests to stay the night at one of the hotels we have room blocks for. Safety first!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, there will not be transportation. The wedding ceremony and reception will be at at the Columbia Gorge Hotel & Spa and the Columbia Cliffs Villas are right next door! If you opt to stay somewhere else in Hood River, please note transportation will not be provided.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to find your seat and settle in!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors, so keep that in mind for your footwear and attire.

What type of weather can I expect?

Answer

Hood River weather in September is typically warm and sunny, but evenings can cool off quickly. A light layer will help you stay comfy!
