SFO, OAK, SJC
We recommend flying into San Francisco International Airport (SFO) or Oakland International Airport (OAK) and taking an Uber or renting a car for the 1 hour drive north to wine country (Sonoma, CA) from both of these airport options. San Jose International Airport (SJC) is another option with a 1 hour, 30 min drive.
