Technically, yes. However, you will have to buy a full day pass to come onto property for the ceremony and reception. Day passes are around $550 for adults. Take this cost into consideration when evaluating. Also, please realize that all food, beverages, & activities are included in your room price at the resort. If you decide to stay elsewhere, don’t forget to consider cost for food, drink, activities, and taxi rides to get around the island etc. Sometimes it turns out to be a wash.
Yes! Ask Angie about the options to set up reoccurring payments to help spread out the cost until the final payment is due.
The total amount for the room isn't due until 45 days before travel.

ABSOLUTELY! Beaches is a great place to vacation as a family. There are so many kid activities and plenty of kids to play with. They also have babysitter options for during the day and night. (https://www.beaches.com/activities/kids-camp/) Even if you don't have kids, this is one of our favorite places to go. Plenty of things to do for all ages!
NOW! The sooner you can book your room, the cheaper it will be and the more options for different rooms you will have.
