While we love your little ones, please note that our wedding events are adults only (this includes Welcome Party, Ceremony, Reception, and After Party). However, we recognize that some of you will be traveling with your kids, so please know they are welcome at the Ranch Romp! on Friday and the Farewell Brunch! on Sunday.

Without a doubt, the best time to visit Palm Springs is winter, which runs from late December – April. This peak season offers visitors perfect weather and is a fantastic time to explore this vibrant area, all while experiencing the outdoors in this beautiful desert paradise. Palms Springs in January will be sunny and in the low 70s during the day, but will drop to the 50s in the evening, so be prepared with a jacket, shawl, or sweater. It will be CHILLY!

We'll be providing shuttle services to and from the room block hotels for both the welcome party and the wedding. Final schedules and details will be posted here as we get closer to the big day, so be sure to check back! If you prefer, Uber and Lyft are also easy options for getting to both locations. Please note, both the welcome party venue and wedding venue does not allow parking on property.

All of the weekend's events will be outdoors! Please note, it will be pretty chilly at night, so please be prepared with a jacket or wrap. Also, most of the weekend's events will be held on grass or natural terrain, so we encourage thoughtful shoe choices (wedges, block heels, boots, or flats).

Yes! We would love for you to take photos, however, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.

We recommend arriving Thursday night, if you can, that way you can enjoy Friday in Palm Springs! We also invite everyone to come to hang out at the ranch Friday during the day before the festivities begin!
