2006 is where our story begins. Kam and I met through a mutual friend and after we met I could not get over how cute he was! I remember going home that night and creeping on his “MySpace” page and man was he rockin’ a set of tan abs and sweet long hair ;) We had only hung out on 3 separate occasions, yet, somehow his crazy, fun personality must have sucked me in as we were boom “dating.” Ask me if this is where my life would have ended up when I was just 15, I would have just laughed. And yes, I was 15 and Kam was only 14; we were seriously babies when this thing started. But then it continued, we made it through high school, college, military training, a deployment, starting my travel nurse career. And not only did we make it, we got stronger. What started out as casual “dating” turned into a lifelong relationship. These past few years we have been traveling together has been so humbling and has truly made us realize how blessed we are. To have a best friend to explore new places and experience so much of this beautiful world, is so special. I feel so incredibly lucky to have found a guy as tender-hearted, outgoing, and selfless as Kameron. I can’t wait to be his wife and expand this family of ours :) Oh and the real kicker...it took 10 years for him to pop the question. So this is a wedding that you won’t want to miss, it’s been like 12 years in the making! Xo
