The Game Plan

Please RSVP by July 1st with your room deposit to let us know if you will be able to make it or not and if you are bringing kiddos so we can continue to update the guest list with the resort. We love every one of you and will take no offense if you are unable to make it to this celebration. We will try and do a short 20 minute rehearsal the night before. I am still waiting to hear back from my event coordinator on that. I am also hoping to meet up at the brewery with everyone for some welcome drinks. The wedding will be on 2/20/26 in the afternoon/evening. We aren't expecting any additional gifts since we know this trip will be an expense for our guests. If you are able to make it that will be all the gift we need! The deposit is usually $100 unless you want travel protection. Travel protection runs around $200-$300 a person. Once you put down a deposit you will get a final deposit date which is most likely around November!
