Shuttle

As parking is limited at the venue, we kindly ask all guests to take the shuttle to and from Woodstock. The shuttle will stop at The Herwood Inn, Woodstock Way (on Tinker Street) and Upper Comeau Parking lot (95 Comeau Drive -- for guests not staying at the aforementioned hotels) at 4PM. There will be two shuttles after the reception, 10pm and 11pm (the latter will bring guests to the after party) If you feel you must park at the venue, please get in touch with Ali & Jeremy prior to 8/3.

This is where Ali + Jeremy will be staying. We secured a room block at Woodstock Way, the most beautiful hotel in the heart of Woodstock (right across from Moonrise Bagels!) for the weekend of August 5th. The hotel is walking distance to all the shops + restaurants in Woodstock and a 10 minute drive from the wedding venue - transportation will be provided to/from the wedding venue. To book your room, you can call the hotel directly (845.684.5911) and mention you are part of the Chetkof/Rhodes wedding block. Please note there is a two night minimum.

The Herwood Inn is a boutique hotel walking distance to the center of town. We have a room block so you will not be able to book it online. Twin Gables is in the center of town, right across from Moonrise Bagels! They do not offer room blocks, please book online. Please note there is a 3-night minimum. Transportation will be provided to/from wedding venue.

Hotel Dylan is NOT walking distance to town. We highly recommend renting a car if you decide to stay here. Transportation to the wedding venue is TBC.
Travel Note
Bus Trailways is a great option for those coming from NYC who don't want to rent a car, as its the only public transportation option that goes right to Woodstock. Take the bus from NYC (Port Authority) to Woodstock and get dropped off in the center of town. Train Though not direct to Woodstock, Amtrak goes to Rhinebeck (30 minutes from Woodstock). Take the train from Moynihan Station (Penn Station) to Rhinecliff. Uber/Lyft's are available but not reliable so we highly recommend scheduling transportation in advance such as Kingston Kab.
Flight
If you need to fly in, there are lots of options! To get from the airport to Woodstock you will need to rent a car. If you fly into NYC, you can take a Trailways bus from Port Authority to Woodstock. - Laguardia (LGA) - JFK - Newark - Stewart (SWF) - Albany - White Plains Westchester County Airport
