Mom's is a delicious local breakfast spot that Izik grew up going to. It is located in downtown Chico and offers great outside seating, perfect for June.

Morning Thunder is Ali's family's favorite breakfast spot. This diner has some of the best food in Chico and offers both breakfast and lunch.
Madison Bear Garden
"The Bear" opened in the late 70s in downtown Chico. It heavily contributed to the party school that is Chico State's reputation. Today, it still offers students, and everyone else, burgers and beer with your choice of courtyard or inside seating.
Made in Chico
If you find yourself in downtown Chico, Made in Chico is a must stop for everything local. You'll find almonds, honey, jewelry, paintings, and ceramics.
Upper Park Road
Upper Park is one of Ali and Izik's favorite places in Chico. It is even where they got engaged! It is a beautiful place to hike, bike, and swim.
Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.
Sierra Nevada offers great tours of their brewery as well as a delicious food at their restaurant.
