When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We're requesting RSVPs by March 15, so that we can ensure that there will be enough rooms in the hotel block available for guests and that we can provide enough parking.

Will additional rooms be made available, if the hotel block is sold out?

Where do I park?

Answer

We have arranged shuttle bus transportation to bring guests from the Drury Inn and Suites, 6616 Miller Lane, to the wedding venue (2196 Kershner Rd.) Family members who need to arrive early should take the 3:45 p.m. shuttle. Others, including those staying at other hotels on Miller Lane, should take the 4:15 p.m. or 4:45 bus. The shuttle bus will run from our house (2196 Kershner Rd.) back to the hotel every half hour from 8-10 p.m. For those who are driving, we have arranged for you to park at First Grace Church, 2624 Stonequarry Rd., which is about a two-minute drive to the house. A shuttle bus will run from 4 to 4:45 p.m. It will be available starting again from 8-10 p.m. to shuttle guests back to the parking lot. Those who would prefer to park at the house (elderly guests, families with small children, etc.) should park in the grass on the left-hand side of the driveway, weather permitting.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Keep in mind that this is an outdoor wedding, and we want our guests to be comfortable. We suggest semi-formal, but dressy casual is also an option.
