The first shuttle will leave Eagle Ridge Resort at 3:15pm and Best Western at 3:30pm. The second shuttle to the venue will leave Eagle Ridge Resort at 4:05pm and Best Western at 4:15pm. The first shuttle will leave the venue to return to the resorts at 9:00pm, followed by one at 10:00pm, and the last one will leave the venue at 11:15pm.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! Cheers!
Due to the high tourist traffic in Galena, we recommend making your hotel accommodations as soon as possible.
Our venue has free on-site parking. However, if you plan on drinking, we request you use the shuttles provided from the hotels to the venue.
Yes! We are providing shuttles from Eagle Ridge and the Best Western to Ashton Hill Farm before the beginning of the ceremony, and back after the reception concludes.
We ask that you RSVP by April 1st. If you have not RSVP’d by then, we will assume you will not be attending. We will miss you!
Our wedding attire is semi-formal. We ask that you not wear jeans or shorts. The bridesmaids will be wearing champagne, so we ask that you do not wear champagne, or any shade of white!
