We're getting married!

Ali and Brad have known each other since childhood. In elementary school, Ali became best friends with Brad's cousin, Miranda, who first connected the soon-to-be newlyweds. Throughout the years, Ali and Brad attended middle school and high school together. Brad claims that he had a crush on Ali all of those years, but It wasn't until senior year of high school when Brad finally caught Ali's eyes! On August 28th, 2012, Brad officially asked Ali to be his girlfriend while they sat in his 2001 Pontiac in her parent's driveway after school. Ali said yes, and they have been inseparable ever since!

Brad prefaced the day by telling Ali that he had a fun idea to write down two options for each activity he had planned on little pieces of paper, and then fold them up for Ali to pick each as a surprise. For brunch, Ali picked the note that read Sea Dog Brewing Co., one of their favorite waterfront spots! Next, Ali had to choose from one of two beaches. She ended up picking Caddy's Treasure Island, the best beach bar in the world (kidding, kinda). For dinner, she selected Pia's Veranda - one of Ali & Brad's all time favorite Italian restaurants in St. Pete. The last pick would decide where the two would watch sunset, and little did Ali know, both options said "Fusion Rooftop". This was Brad's fail-proof way of getting Ali to the rooftop where her sisters, Tori & Cara, and some of their closest FL friends were waiting to surprise them! Brad had the most beautiful setup waiting when they arrived, from the marquee "Marry Me" sign, to the rose petaled carpet and beyond. Afterward, Brad had a captain waiting at the dock to take the group on a sunset cruise to continue the celebration. It was truly the most thoughtful and unforgettable day!
