Shannon Airport is a short private transfer or bus ride from Co. Clare. This airport does have a 42 minute transfer to Kilfenora as well as rentals or taxis. There is also a bus that runs up to Kilfenora that takes closer to 2 hours
Flight
Flying to Dublin is a slightly longer option that also would require a private transfer or bus. Dublin is just a 3 hour drive from Kilfenora (renting a car from the airport costs less than $20 per day) or there is a train to Limerick and then a bus to Kilfenora from there.
